Do you serve food?We don't serve food at Uptown Hotel Apartments, but there are multiple restaurants near by where you can eat. Check the Neighbourhood section to see the nearby places where to eat. To order food into your apartment you can use Foodora. To check their website click here. Our apartments also have fully equiped kitchens where you can prepare a delicious meal.

Are there laundry possibilities?We have washing machines in every apartment. There is also a laundry room in the building for the guests.

Do you accept cash?We have only card payment at the location.

What to do if something breaks in the room?If something in your room breaks or if you encounter any other issues, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly. Our team provides repair services to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Any costs related to damages are assessed individually, based on the cause, and we’ll inform you if any payment is required. What are the prices?The prices for short-term stays depend on several factors, including season, occupancy levels, room size, and location. What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in starts at 15:00. If the room is available before then, you are welcome to check in earlier. Check-out is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.

How to extend my stay?To extend your stay, simply send an email to info@uptownhotelapartments.com with the dates you'd like to add. Please let us know if you'd prefer to stay in your current room or if you'd like to explore other room options. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly!

Is there luggage storage for bags?Unfortunately we don't have a luggage storage.

What is the cancelation policy?Advance payment is made via the website. If cancelled no later than 24 hours before arrival, the full amount will be refunded. If cancelled later than 24 hours, 100% of the amount will be paid.

Are the bed linen and towels included?Bedlinen and towels for all the guests are included in the price for short term bookings.

How does the check-in work?We have self check-in. A code will be sent to you to get the keys for your apartment.

What is included in the long term rent price?Rent and all the utilities are included in the long term rent price, including WiFi and TV channels. There are no extra charges for you. Parking is available for extra, please contact us to get a price for long term parking.

What is in the apartment when I rent for long term?All our apartments are fully furnished, everything that you see on the pictures will be in your apartment. Except bed linen and towels, these are available for extra charge for long stays. Table ware and kitchen ware is also included in the price, you will have everything for preparing food in the apartment.
